About the Role

Regal Wings is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Travel Advisor to join our award-winning team. This role is perfect for a polished travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of global air and hotel products, and excels at delivering bespoke travel experiences for high-value clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proposal Preparation: Research and create tailored proposals for domestic and international airfare reservations using Sabre GDS.
  • Booking Management: Manage and coordinate all aspects of luxury travel bookings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Client Service: Provide outstanding service throughout the entire travel planning process, addressing client needs, preferences, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales goals by promoting luxury travel packages and collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Itinerary Optimization: Customize and refine complex travel itineraries to meet premium travelers’ unique expectations and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a travel advisor role, with proven success in air and hotel sales.
  • Expertise: Advanced GDS proficiency using Sabre, Amadeus or comparable.
  • Education: Degree or training in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Language: Native English proficiency.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of international itineraries and rate structures.
    • Proven experience supporting premium travelers with high-touch, personalized service.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and conscientious work ethic.
    • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, initiative-driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
