Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Regal Wings websites, portals, and related services (collectively, the “Site”) and the purchase of airline tickets and travel services (“Services”) by travel agencies and their authorized representatives (each, an “Agency Client,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Services.

Eligibility & Account

  • You represent that you are an authorized representative of a legitimate travel agency and have the authority to bind the agency to these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Ordering & Ticketing

  • All bookings are subject to availability, airline rules, and fare conditions at the time of ticketing.
  • Regal Wings may decline, cancel, or reprice a booking if required by airline policy, system error, or fraud screening.
  • You must verify itineraries, names, dates, and fare rules before ticketing; errors after ticketing may require exchange or reissue at your cost.

Pricing, Fees & Payments

  • Prices may include published or net fares and do not include taxes, fees, surcharges, or service charges unless expressly stated.
  • You agree to pay all amounts due for tickets and Services issued under your agency account according to the invoice terms.
  • Late payments may incur interest, collection costs, and/or suspension of Services.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • You are responsible for any amounts resulting from credit card disputes or chargebacks tied to tickets issued by Regal Wings on your behalf, including related fees, penalties, assessments, and losses.
  • You must cooperate promptly with documentation requests to contest chargebacks.

Airline Fees, Penalties & No-Shows

  • Airlines may assess additional fees or penalties (e.g., schedule change, exchange, refund, reissue, ancillary services, or no-show fees).
  • You agree to pay all such airline-imposed amounts associated with your bookings.

Commission & Recalls

  • Commissions (if applicable) are subject to airline policy and actual flown activity.
  • If an airline recalls or reverses commission—including when a ticket is refunded directly to the passenger—you agree to promptly return the recalled commission to Regal Wings.
